On June 22, 2018, Dongfeng Renault French representatives and Japanese representatives came to Huagong Gaoli. The general manager of Gaoli, Nie Bo, received Renault team. Both sides had deep communication on automotive  temperature and humidity sensor, PM2.5 sensor and new energy vehicle PTC heater, and reached initial cooperation intentions.

Dongfeng Renault is a joint venture brand of Dongfeng Motor and France Renault Automobile. In 2017, the cumulative sales volume reached 72,188 units, increasing 140% compared with last year. It has a brilliant performance in Chinese market as a young automotive brand. Founded in 1898, Renault France is a world-renowned mid-high end automaker. In 2017, it sold 3.76 million vehicles worldwide and maintained a leading position in the European electric vehicle market with a market share of 23.8%.

Huagong Gaoli and Dongfeng Renault start a strategic cooperation and will gradually extend to the global Renault system through Dongfeng Renault. At present, a PM2.5 sensor has been nominated by Dongfeng Renault on new energy vehicle. Next, cooperation on projects of temperature and humidity sensors and new energy vehicle PTC heater will be promoted.
